1 Services

DigiRavan provides digital services including but not limited to website design and development, app development, UI/UX design, branding, social media marketing, digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation. The specific scope of services for each project is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

2 Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements in a timely manner
• Supplying necessary content, assets, credentials, and approvals as required
• Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timelines
• Making payments as per the agreed payment schedule

3 Payment Terms

• All projects require an advance payment as agreed in the project proposal before work commences
• Remaining payments are due as per milestones outlined in the project agreement
• DigiRavan reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work in case of delayed payments
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing

4 Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. Any major scope changes must be agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.

5 Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client
• DigiRavan retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing
• Any third-party assets, fonts, plugins, or stock images used in the project remain subject to their respective licences

6 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after the project is completed or terminated.

7 Timelines & Delays

DigiRavan will make every effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays caused by late client feedback, incomplete information, or factors beyond our control will not be the responsibility of DigiRavan. Revised timelines will be communicated promptly.

8 Limitation of Liability

DigiRavan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered work. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9 Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any advance payments made are non-refundable.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11 Changes to These Terms

DigiRavan reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
